Initial Consultation – 60/75 minutes (online/in-person)

Thanks to the speedy internet, no matter where you are you can always put your health first. Follow-Up Appointment – 45 minutes (online/in-person)

A follow-up appointment can be scheduled 4-8 weeks after your initial appointment (if required). It is a chance to discuss the success of your treatment plan as well as any questions and additional concerns you may have.

Sports Nutrition Program – 45 minutes (online/in-person)

Sports Nutrition is the foundation of athletic success. This fully customised, sports-specific program is a well-designed nutrition plan that allows elite, semi-elite and amateur athletes to perform at their best. This program includes specific nutrition recommendations for training days and general health, as well as pre, during and post nutrition recommendations for game/race day. The correct execution of sports nutrition for athletes can help enhance performance, prevent injury, improve energy levels, increase focus, strengthen the immune system, improve muscle healing and boost recovery. This service includes a customised Sports Nutrition program and a 45-minute consultation to ensure understanding and success.

Pathology Analysis – 45 minutes (online)

This service includes a full analysis of any current pathology results, professional nutritional recommendations based on those findings and a 45-minute consultation to discuss the results and proposed treatment plan. Nutritional Counselling Appointments – x3 60 minute sessions (online/in-person)

Teacher and Leader Professional Development

Teachers spend up to 53.7 hours per week at work, while senior leaders/teaching staff can spend up to 58.6 hours per week. Studies show that schools who focus on the health and wellbeing of their staff play an important role in the physical and mental health of their teachers and employees.

Belinda provides informative, interactive and engaging professional development (PD) for senior leaders, teaching staff and school employees. Sports Performance – Whether you train elite athletes or you run a sports club/gym, your athletes and members will benefit from this seminar.
